The Ventura County Junior Chamber, (Jaycees) is the premier leadership training organization for young people in the world. We serve members from all over Ventura County and beyond. The only requirement is that you are between the ages of 21 and 40.

The Jaycees offer leadership training through community service and business, international, and individual development projects.

We have monthly social mixers, community service projects, training seminars, fundraising events and plenty of other activities too!
