The Jaycees (Junior Chamber) are the premier leadership training organization for young people in the world. The only requirement is that you are between the ages of 21 and 40. When you become a member of the Ventura County Junior Chamber, you become part of a local, national and international network of dynamic young professionals in Ventura County!

As a Ventura County Jaycee, you become part of Junior Chamber International (JCI), a worldwide organization of young leaders and entrepreneurs located in more than 6,000 communities in over 100 nations! As a member, you are part of 200,000 active JCI members and millions of JCI alumni participating in projects, meetings, learning programs and events to further JCI's goals of creating positive change in our world.

JCI Chapters and Members worldwide fulfill this mission by providing Jaycees with opportunities for leadership development, business development, community service, personal growth and fellowship.
